You will receive an email containing tracking number as soon as we dispatch your order. You can track your parcels online throughout its journey to you.
Most deliveries are completed within 1-2 working days from dispatch date, however it might take a little longer for some parts of the UK. We aim to process and dispatch your orders placed Monday – Friday before 2 pm on the same day.
Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday and orders placed on the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
We use various courier companies such as Royal Mail, UK Mail, UPS and Hermes depending on the item’s weight and delivery address.
If you wish to change your order or delivery address, please change it before paying.
